Executive Director

Mr. Nathanson is the Chief Executive Officer of Recharge Colorado.  He is a long-time leader and participant in the Cleantech Industry in Colorado.  He has operated numerous non-profit business development programs and is a serial Cleantech entrepreneur. He currently is the Vice Chairman of the State of Colorado’s Clean Energy Development Authority and is a member of the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association.  Jeffrey served on the advisory board for the development of the Colorado Cleantech Action Plan. He also serves on the board of CORE (Colorado’s sustainable business trade association) and was the managing director for its 2009 Colorado Cleantech Cluster Analysis that identified energy and water efficiency as key drivers in the future development and economic impact of the cluster.  Mr. Nathanson holds a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. Degree in Environmental Management and Communications, from the University of Michigan.

Energy Services Manager

Ms. Vaughan is a renewable energy and rebate program specialist.  She has extensive experience in rebate program design, partnership development, implementation, contract management, program fund management, program evaluation and quality assurance.  In short, she is experienced in all areas of rebate program operation from the minute details to the big picture program management and operation.  For the Governor’s Energy Office, she managed a rebate program with an $18 million budget and twenty five funding sources, issuing more than 49,000 rebates and leveraging more than $90 million in consumer spending on energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades in Colorado.  Ms. Vaughan holds a B.A. degree in Environmental Biology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
